Mr. Fang has more than 15 years of experience in financial services including roles in investment banking advisory for mergers and acquisitions, private placements, initial public offerings, follow-on financings, and corporate strategy.
Prior to joining Sherwood, Mr. Fang was a Portfolio Manager at Gough Capital Management focused on long-short U.S. equities investments. Previously, Mr. Fang was a Vice President in the Communications Technology investment banking group at Stifel.
Mr. Fang holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Fang is also a CFA® charterholder.
