Mr. Walter Oh brings more than two decades of experience across investment banking, corporate development, and operations, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare and technology sectors. Over the course of his career, he has advised companies and investors globally—across the U.S., Europe, and Asia—on more than 100 transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital financings.
Walter has worked closely with boards of directors, executive leadership, private equity and hedge funds, and individual investors, providing strategic guidance on M&A, corporate restructurings, capital raising, and valuation. Recognized for his objective and independent perspective, Walter consistently delivers high-impact results and long-term value creation.
His financial advisory experience includes over $50 billion in executed transactions during tenures at firms such as Deutsche Bank, Oppenheimer & Co., and Cantor Fitzgerald. In the corporate world, he led acquisition efforts at Fresenius Medical Care—the world’s largest provider of dialysis services—and contributed to corporate development initiatives at Silicon Valley-based Matrix, Inc. Earlier in his career, he also worked in venture capital, focusing on early- and mid-stage investments within his core sectors of healthcare and tech.
