M. Todd Stemler has 25+ years of experience in executive management, advisory, and debt & equity investing roles. His experience ranges from Big 4 Audit, Consulting, and Transaction Advisory Services; to senior roles with top quartile, institutional investor groups; to CFO roles with middle-market companies some with multi-national operations. Todd brings his clients deep transaction experience, and an extensive credit and transaction structuring background combined with significant board level participation to advise company owners, management, and boards of directors.
Mr. Stemler earned a B.A. in Business Economics with High Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
