Rogerio Ramos is a seasoned finance and investment professional with a strong track record in sourcing, structuring, and managing complex transactions across global markets. He has built and overseen a diversified portfolio of more than $500 million in alternative assets across the U.S. and over 30 countries in Emerging Markets.
He brings extensive experience working with start-ups, early-stage ventures, and mid-market companies, with a particular strength in shaping business development and go-to-market strategies. Rogerio has successfully raised over $100 million in capital across Seed to Series B rounds and maintains a deep network within the U.S. and Latin American private equity and venture capital communities.
His career includes notable achievements in fostering the venture capital and private equity sectors in Latin America and the Caribbean by providing capital to local and international investment funds operating in the region, actively participating in advisory boards and investment committees, and executing cross-border transactions with portfolio companies. He has developed and implemented investment frameworks, portfolio management systems, and financial oversight tools.
