Mr. Brown provides company-side financial advisory & restructuring services to organizations in both distressed and non-distressed situations. His experience includes business plan development and review, interim management, detailed cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, cost optimization, strategic analysis, financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and transaction documentation/support. Eric has supported companies, lenders, investors, and creditors’ committees, including in turnaround situations.
Prior to joining Sherwood Partners, Mr. Brown was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting within the Turnaround & Restructuring practice.
In addition, Mr. Brown has served as a direct report to interim C-level executives, including chief financial officers, on more than 5 occasions.
Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
