Jon has over 25 years of financial, turnaround and restructuring experience with leading global firms and has acquired specific knowledge in numerous industries. Jon consistently works alongside clients with aggressive timetables to deliver positive outcomes. Jon has advised companies, lenders, and boards both in and out-of-court on M&A and sale transactions, bankruptcy, business plans, cash forecasting, cost savings and financial reporting and analysis.

Jon values teamwork and a process-driven approach with a focus on transparency and accountability.

Jon is heavily involved in recruiting, training, and retention programs over the course of his career. Jon has developed original financial and bankruptcy training programs for Weil Gotshal and Kirkland and Ellis.

Jon earned a Master of Public Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and a Certified Turnaround Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Association of

Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
