Ms. Marshall has ten years’ experience working in financial and accounting roles with an emphasis in operations and internal controls in various startups, early stage, and mid-size businesses in various industries including renewable energy, professional consulting services, environmental remediation, and manufacturing. 

As a former controller, having undergone both a managed winddown and an operating Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, Ms. Marshall understands the complexity and challenges of working in distressed operations with an expertise in cash flow management, financial forecasting, inventory controls, financial/asset lender management, and creditor negotiations.

Ms. Marshall joined the Sherwood team in February 2022 with a focus on internal process developments and solutions and software integration.

Ms. Marshall studied at University of the Pacific with a focus in business administration and accounting and is a certified public bookkeeper through the NACPB association.
