Mr. Bremauntz is a Managing Director joined Sherwood Partners, Inc. in February 2007. Since then, Mr. Bremauntz has participated in more than 300 projects related to assignment for the benefit of creditors, corporate restructuring, corporate wind downs, project management, IP monetization, and sales of distressed assets. Mr. Bremauntz’s main focus is in maximizing recovery for lenders, creditors and investors.

In addition, Mr. Bremauntz has international experience in winding down subsidiaries in India, Mauritius, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK.  Mr. Bremauntz also specializes in complex remediation projects.
