Andrew Kitirattragarn has 13 years of financial and operational experience. Prior to Sherwood Partners, Inc., Mr. Kitirattragarn was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer/Chief Restructuring Officer of Dang Foods, the largest Asian-American snack company in the U.S, from 2013-2022. His roles included overall strategist, fundraiser, board moderator, P&L overseer, and wind-down administrator. He spearheaded the fundraising of $12M in institutional capital, including from a Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods company. He also strategized and executed on cost cutting initiatives that saved Dang Foods $1.8M in 2021.

Before Dang Foods, Mr. Kitirattragarn was a Certified Public Accountant with 3 years of experience as an external auditor at KPMG. He has also consulted a food tech startup, where he identified $1.7M in cost optimization, and an established candle company, where he spearheaded the licensing of the brand to nationwide wholesaler as an exit strategy.

Mr. Kitirattragarn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Accounting from University of California, Santa Barbara, where he graduated in 3 years with Magna Cum Laude and was the commencement speaker of his class. He resides in Berkeley, CA, and enjoys crossfit, tennis, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs.
